Netflix’s Fractured Is Jaw-Dropping.

Fractured is best described as a nerve-wracking psychological thriller that will no doubt leave you on the edge of your seat from start to end. The story follows a father who’s wife and injured daughter suddenly disappear from an Emergency Room, the panicked and disturbed father therefore conducts a frantic search convinced that the hospital are hiding something sinister.

How Good Is Fractured?

Fractured will mess with both your head and your emotions, it’s certainly not for the light-hearted. From the moment it begins your mind is working as hard as it possibly can to unravel the mystery and figure out what exactly is going on, everything that is happening in this film is uncertain and uneasy.

The lines between what’s real and what is fake are blurred and you’re left on the edge of your seat throughout. No film will make you feel as strung out as Fractured does, it’s a wild ride but it’s worth it. However, it doesn’t entirely offer anything that revolutionary compared to similar psychological thrillers and some may find this plot quite predictable. Nonetheless it’s an enjoyable watch that you really don’t want to miss.

Is Fractured The Movie For You This Halloween?

If you enjoy psychological thrillers with mysteries that slowly get solved as the plot moves forward then this is no doubt the perfect movie for you. If you’re not a big fan of jump-scare horrors with demons, death and ghosts then this is definitely a halloween movie that you can settle on. It’s not exactly your typical ‘scary’ film but it’s purely Halloween worthy simply for the emotions it envokes from within: It’s stressful, anxiety inducing and nail-biting. Now go watch Fractured.
